The kitchen is equipped with all accessories for preparing meals, as well as a dishwasher and oven. In the bathroom there is a large shower. A private parking space is available in the courtyard. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
